I've been lookin' inside
tryin' and hopin' to find
some time to relax my mind
lookin' for some space and time

i thought i'd found the path to take
but lookin' back that was a mistake
there has to be another way
to make it through the darker days

and maybe i've just got the blues
and i don't know how to see them through
tomorrow they may be gone
so i'll keep walkin' until the dawn

and i don't know if you do
but i know that i do
like to take a walk outside
get myself realigned

'cos it's when i'm in the open air
i lose my worries and my cares
i get myself back to me
thanks to natures remedy 

some people meditate
others they just sit and wait
and some people just demand
forget the world is in their hands

so when you've got the blues
and don't know how to see them through
take a walk in the open air
let nature be your healer

and then you'll be feelin' fine
clouds will clear, the sun will shine
realise now's the time
make the most of your life
